About the job

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, and other related departments,

7+ years of relevant work experience in fast-paced environments such as e-commerce, management consulting, VC, growth-start-up, company builder, corporate development, or tech companies,

Excited to proactively develop & track new projects to improve revenue strategies,

Proven experience in discovering business development opportunities, developing new lines of business, or developing strategic partnerships,

Deep understanding of business models and high interest in new technologies,

Problem-solving and self-starter mindset with excellent analytical abilities to tackle various conceptual and strategic topics,

Deep understanding of channel and partner ecosystems, along with working knowledge of sales cycles and processes,

Technology know-how and engineering background are a plus,

Fluent in English,

Understanding both the digital ecosystem and e-commerce would be an advantage,

Being proactive and fast learner, excellent self-learning skills,

Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

Generating new business approaches to accelerate Inveon’s growth,

Executing strategic venture-building initiatives,

Evaluate new investment opportunities via market research,

Work closely with the management team across different functions to drive internal and external business development opportunities,

Construct detailed financial and business models, performing complex scenarios and sensitivity analyses,

Examine trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities,

Utilizing and building partnership structures internationally,

Support all aspects of early-stage investment processes, including sourcing new opportunities, executing deals, and managing legal procedures,

Collaborate with portfolio companies on strategy, product, and business development to drive their success and identify new opportunities,

Coordinate with key departments and senior management to execute top-priority projects and tasks,

Support business units in the implementation of strategy, acting as an in-house consultant for project and change management issues, and offering support to all departments requiring assistance in managing business initiatives.
