Who You Are

New graduates in the fields of computer science, engineering, or MIS,

Experience working within technical pr customer support teams is a plus,

Good command of English,

Strong interest in project management including all aspects of planning, development process, account management, execution, and reporting,

Team Player, Proactivity and conflict resolution skills,

Strong interpersonal & and analytical thinking skills,

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment,

Strong planning and organizational skills, Passionate about continuous learning,

Database and operating systems experience with MS SQL SERVER is a plus, Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.

You Will

Taking part in missions in the “First Level Support” category:

Being the first contact point in customer support,

Reading, replying, and sorting to emails,

Creation and clarification of “Second Level Support” and “Change Request” jobs in Jira. Assigning these jobs to the relevant people,

Admin Panel Usage: Campaign Setup, Banner & Content & Text Update, etc,

Product Information: Giving information about campaign setups,

Explaining how the changes made in the admin panel are made, etc, • Support for Reporting, • Happy Path Testing.
