Who You Are

2 - 4 years of experience in project management,

Experience in multi-account management is a plus,

Good command of English, both written and spoken,

Digital commerce know-how and basic understanding of key performance metrics,

Good command of software development life cycle,

Experience working with and implementing project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban),

Demonstrated experience in relationship management including internal teams, clients, third parties, and upper management,

Familiarity with project management tools/software (Jira, Confluence),

Familiarity with databases and operating systems is a plus (MsSQL),

Team Player,

Proactivity and conflict resolution skills,

Strong interpersonal & and analytical thinking skills,

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment,

Strong planning and organizational skills.

You Will

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize software projects according to deadlines and within budget,

Meeting the clients (kick-off), understanding their needs, defining the scope and the objectives of the project,

Estimating and planning resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants,

Developing full-scale project plans including timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (Jira),

Effectively communicating project expectations, and project progress to team members and all parties included,

Identifying, and prioritizing potential risks to project delivery and planning risk responses,

Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts among related parties,

Proactively manage changes in project scope, resources, and timeline,

Tracking project milestones and deliverables, and communicating with related parties on an ongoing basis,

Responsibility for on-time project delivery & and project profitability; drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending budget changes where necessary,

Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations,

Overseeing the quality control throughout its life cycle, responsible for UAT testing,

Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members and influencing them to take positive action for their assigned work.
